The S3 Backrest is a thick comfortable option due to its “cube cut” foam that gently moulds to the end user. This cube cut foam will allow for maximum immersion into the backrest cushion providing increased surface area contact. This allows for enhanced comfort and greater pressure distribution for clients with neutral or minimal postural asymmetries.
